The name

Named for the people who work the harbor.

Longshoremen have loaded and unloaded the ships in Grays Harbor for more than a century. It’s skilled work, done carefully, done every day, and nobody notices it until it’s done wrong.

We grow the same way. Longshore is the top of what we grow, from the same crew as Uno Más: fewer plants per room, more hands on every one, and a cure we don’t cut short.
